Guarantee and Refunds

This is the guarantee I work to

I’ll always do my best to make dynamite art for you. If you’re not happy with it, I’ll give you another art piece of your choice. If anything screws up – with custom art or non-custom – whether it's a delivery, a quality issue, or anything else, I’ll fix it.

  • If your product is faulty or damaged, you can send it back to me for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving it. Please note, there is no reimbursement for return shipping
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
  • To be eligible, the item must be faulty or damaged. I do not accept refunds if you change your mind
  • The above 3 bullets relate to refunds. If you're simply not happy with the art, I'll exchange it for another art piece of your choice


Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  • If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days 


Late or missing refunds or exchanges (if applicable)

Track and trace

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. I can't guarantee that I will receive your returned item

 

Do I get requests for exchanges or refunds?

So far, nobody has asked for their money back or for an exchange. And just one order has gotten lost in the mail (a t-shirt). The customer was very understanding, and I gave her a voucher for a new item)
